Tacos Toluca was founded three years ago by two brothers, Omar and Juan de la Cruz, with the vision of bringing the vibrant, authentic flavors of Mexico to Indianapolis. Inspired by their love for traditional Mexican dishes, they set out to create a dining experience that celebrates the rich culinary culture of Toluca.
